Returns & Exchanges

At Yellow Clothing Ltd, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
